The hotel had a great business lounge that was attentive to our needs and even offered us drinks upon arrival. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Gary Hui who kept us updated when one of our group was running late. Clean rooms with a large bed, quiet and equipped with necessary amenities. Helpful and friendly staff, from the doorman to the front desk personnel. Enjoyable facilities such as jacuzzi, pool, and sauna. Convenient breakfast buffet with Western options. a great hotel experience. 👍

The location of the hotel was great, situated near major tourist attractions and very close to the metro for easy transportation. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with attentiveness and attention to detail. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.
The hotel lacked a hair salon, which would have been a convenient amenity for guests to have access to.

We loved the design of the room and the helpfulness of the staff. The staff at the door service, Lely Li, Xiao Duan, and Andy Duan, were amazing. They made our stay with our baby a nice one. The staff in the lounge, Ranson Shi, Lainey Zhao, and Angel, were also fantastic. They were really nice too ensure our comfort. The breakfast buffet was amazing, and the range of food was excellent. We were also pleased to find that some of the staff spoke English. The hotel's location close to the metro station was very convenient for us, especially as we were visiting during a power shut off in California.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

I stayed at Shangri-La in Beijing for a relaxing weekend getaway with my baby. The room design was stunning and the staff, like Lely Li, Xiao Duan, and Andy Duan at the door service, as well as Ranson Shi. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a flashlight for emergencies. I enjoyed the jacuzzi, pool, and sauna, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection of Western food.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

the exclusive amenities offered here, such as the spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, massage and heated swimming pool. the room advantages were impressive and well-appointed. the restaurant and bar/lounge area had an extensive menu and the in-room breakfast was sumptuous. We loved the private facilities and the garden area that offered a serene atmosphere.
The only minor issue we faced was with the service. Although friendly, the staff could have been more attentive and efficient.
